From your camera roll to your shelf

Four simple steps. No 3D skills needed, and nothing prints until you've seen your preview and said that's them.

    Upload a short video or four photos: front, both sides, and a clear face shot in good light. That's all we need.

  2. Your model is built

    Your uploads become a detailed 3D model. A real artist checks every model to make sure the markings, color, and shape are right, and hand-finishes it if it needs it.

  3. You approve the preview

    You'll see your figurine before anything is printed. Not quite them yet? We revise it free until you love it.

Will it actually look like my pet?
That's the whole point. A real artist checks your model against your photos and hand-finishes the markings, colors, and expression if needed. You'll see a preview and can request free revisions until it's spot-on, and nothing prints until you say that's them.
What photos should I send?
Ideally four clear, well-lit shots (front, both sides, and a straight-on face), or a short 30-second video walking around your pet. Only have a couple? Send what you have and we'll do our best.
How long does it take?
Each TailKeep is made to order and checked by a real artist, so it's worth a short wait: from your photos or video to a figurine at your door is about 4 weeks. You'll preview and approve the 3D model along the way — nothing prints until you say it's right.
What is it made of? Is it durable?
Your figurine is printed in full-color, durable resin that holds fine detail beautifully. It's a keepsake for the shelf, happiest indoors and away from direct sun.
Can I get more than one pet, or a size for gifting?
Absolutely. Choose from three sizes, and multi-pet figurines are available so best friends can stay together. Add a gift note at checkout.
What if I don't love it?
We'll make it right. Between free preview revisions and our love-it-or-refund happiness guarantee, you're never stuck with something that isn't perfect.
Can I order for a pet who has passed?
Of course. Many TailKeeps are made to celebrate a beloved pet's memory. Send us the photos you have and we'll treat them with care to capture the little details you miss most.
