Will it actually look like my pet?
That's the whole point. A real artist reviews your photos and hand-finishes the markings, colors, and expression. You'll see a preview and can request free revisions until it's spot-on, and nothing prints until you say that's them.
What photos should I send?
Ideally four clear, well-lit shots (front, both sides, and a straight-on face), or a short 30-second video walking around your pet. Only have a couple? Send what you have and we'll do our best.
How long does it take?
Each TailKeep is made to order and hand-finished, so it's worth a short wait. We'll split it out for you: sculpting plus your approval takes about [X], then printing, hand-finishing, and shipping takes about [Y]. You'll get updates at every stage, and rush options may be available.
What is it made of? Is it durable?
Your figurine is printed in full-color, durable resin that holds fine detail beautifully. It's a keepsake for the shelf, happiest indoors and away from direct sun.
Can I get more than one pet, or a size for gifting?
Absolutely. Choose from three sizes, and multi-pet figurines are available so best friends can stay together. Add a gift note at checkout.
What if I don't love it?
We'll make it right. Between free preview revisions and our love-it-or-refund happiness guarantee, you're never stuck with something that isn't perfect.
Can I order for a pet who has passed?
Of course. Many TailKeeps are made to celebrate a beloved pet's memory. Send us the photos you have and we'll treat them with care to capture the little details you miss most.
