Shipping policy

Everything we make is made to order — a MiniMemory or TailKeep figurine from your photos or video, or a custom print from your own file through the Meshality Studio. Here is how it gets to you.

How long it takes

From the day you order to the day it arrives is about three to four weeks. Our artists build the 3D model, you preview and approve it (nothing prints until you say it's right), then we print, hand-finish, pack and ship it. There is no rush or expedited option — every piece gets the same care. Every timing we show is an estimate, not a promise.

Shipping within the United States

A flat rate of $9.99 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Outside the United States

Right now our checkout ships to addresses in the United States only. If you are somewhere else, email support@meshality.com before you order and we will tell you whether we can ship to you, what it costs and how long it takes. Any duties or import taxes would be yours to pay on delivery.

Tracking

You get an email with the tracking number the day your order ships.

Partner figurines

The free figurine we make for a TailKeeps or MiniMemories partner ships free — a partner never pays shipping on it.

Damaged in transit

If a package arrives damaged, email support@meshality.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo or two and we'll reprint it free or refund it — your choice. The details are in our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
