Privacy policy

Meshality, a brand of Brainstorm Corporation ("Meshality," "we," "us," or "our"), makes custom 3D-printed keepsakes under the brands MiniMemories, TailKeeps and Meshality Studio. This policy explains what information we collect on meshality.com, tailkeeps.com, minimemories.com and in the Meshality Studio (the "Services"), what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we use your photos only to make your figurine, we do not sell your information, and you can ask us to delete anything at any time.

1. What we collect

  • Account and contact details — your name, email address and, if you give it, a phone number.
  • Order details — what you ordered, the size you chose, your shipping address and your order history. Payments are handled by Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Your uploads — the photos and videos you upload of a person or pet, any 3D files you send us for a custom print, and the 3D models we build from them. A photo of a face is used only to sculpt a likeness; we do not build a facial-recognition profile or use your images to identify you elsewhere.
  • Messages — emails, chats and support requests you send us, and our replies.
  • Device and usage information — the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and your IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools described in section 6.
  • Partner program information — if you are a creator we invite or who applies: your public profile (handle, display name, follower count, public posts and the contact email you list publicly), your application, your partner link and code, referred sales, and the payout details you give our partner platform. We gather public profile information only to decide whom to invite and to introduce ourselves; you can tell us to stop at any time (section 5).

2. How we use it

  • To build your 3D model, show you a preview, take your approval and revisions, print your piece, ship it and answer your questions.
  • To keep your account, your models and your order history so you can reorder.
  • To send order and account emails (previews, approvals, shipping updates). We send marketing email only if you have agreed to it, and every marketing email tells you how to stop.
  • To run the partner program: invitations, applications, links and codes, commissions and payouts.
  • To improve the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We use software, including AI-assisted modeling tools, to help turn photos into a 3D model and to help draft replies; a person on our team reviews every model before you see it and every reply before it is sent.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Shopify, which runs our store, may combine some of it with data from other Shopify stores to improve its services, personalization and advertising ("Shopify Network Intelligence") — some U.S. state laws treat that as sharing, and you can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. Otherwise we share your information only with the companies that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit them to working for us:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments;
  • the cloud providers that host the Meshality Studio and our databases;
  • modeling tools and services, including AI-assisted modeling services, that process your photos or files solely to build your model;
  • our print and fulfillment partner, who prints, finishes and packs your piece;
  • shipping carriers and our shipping platform, which need your name and address to deliver;
  • email, chat and customer-support tools we use to talk with you;
  • our partner-program platform, which tracks referrals and pays commissions.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, to enforce our Terms, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (we would tell you first).

4. How long we keep it

We keep your uploads and the models we made for you as long as your account is open, so you can reorder or ask for changes. Close your account or write to us and we delete them. Either way, photos, videos and the models made from them are permanently deleted no later than three years after your last order or message with us. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally seven years). Support messages are kept for up to three years. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

5. Your choices and rights

Email support@meshality.com and we will, within 45 days: tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from; correct it; delete it (we may keep records the law requires us to keep); or stop sending you marketing or partner-program messages. You can also stop partner-program email by replying "no thanks" to any message. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents have the rights above under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honor opt-out preference signals where the law requires it. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you; we will verify the request before acting.

Residents of other states or countries with privacy laws (for example the EU or UK) have similar rights to access, correct, delete and object; use the same email. We process information in the United States.

6. Cookies and similar tools

Our store uses cookies that keep you signed in and your cart working, Shopify's analytics that tell us how the site is used, and a partner-program cookie that credits a creator when you arrive through their link or code (it lasts for the period shown in the partner dashboard). We do not use session-replay tools that record what you type or do on the page, and as of the date of this policy we do not run third-party advertising pixels. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies; the store still works, but you may need to sign in again.

7. Children

Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and children under 13 may not use the Services. A parent or legal guardian may of course order a figurine of their own child; by uploading a photo of a child you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has given us information, or a photo of your child was uploaded without your permission, write to support@meshality.com and we will delete it.

8. Security

Your data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), is stored with reputable providers that encrypt data at rest, and is available only to the people who need it to make your order. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Changes

We will post updates to this policy here with a new date and email account holders about material changes.
