5.2 File Deletion

IMPORTANT: Your uploaded 3D files are automatically deleted from our systems 30 days after order completion. We do not maintain permanent archives of customer files. If you need a reprint, you will need to re-upload your file.

Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
