Materials & Technology
Learn about our industrial-grade printing technology, material options, and the meticulous process that delivers show-quality full-color 3D prints.
Our Printing Technology
We use industrial-grade PolyJet and Mimaki technology to deliver photorealistic full-color 3D prints with unmatched precision and detail.
PolyJet Technology
Industrial material jetting technology that deposits microscopic droplets of photopolymer resin, instantly cured by UV light for exceptional detail.
- 16-micron layer resolution
- Multi-material capability
- Smooth surface finish
- No visible layer lines
CMYK + White
Full CMYK color mixing plus white base and clear materials enables photorealistic color reproduction on every print.
- 10 million+ color combinations
- Pantone color matching
- Gradient and texture support
- Voxel-level color control
UV-LED Curing
Instant UV curing solidifies each layer immediately, ensuring dimensional accuracy and enabling complex geometries.
- Instant layer solidification
- No post-cure required
- Consistent material properties
- Ready to handle immediately
Voxel-Level Precision
Each 3D pixel (voxel) can be individually assigned color and material properties for unprecedented control.
- 19-micron XY resolution
- Individual voxel control
- Sub-millimeter detail capture
- Texture mapping support
Premium Photopolymers
Professional-grade UV-curable resins designed for durability, color vibrancy, and a premium finish.
- Rigid and flexible options
- Clear and translucent materials
- UV-stable formulations
- Competition-grade finish

Contact UsOur Printing Process
From file upload to finished product, here's how we bring your designs to life.
File Upload & Quote
Upload your 3D file and receive an instant quote. Our system analyzes your model for printability and calculates pricing based on size, complexity, and material.
InstantFile Review
Our team reviews your file for any issues that could affect print quality. We check for manifold geometry, wall thickness, and optimal orientation.
1-2 hoursPrint Preparation
We prepare your model with optimal orientation, support structures, and color mapping. Each voxel is assigned its precise color and material properties.
1-2 hoursFull-Color Printing
Your model is printed layer by layer using PolyJet technology. Microscopic droplets of UV-curable resin are deposited and instantly cured, building your design in full color.
4-12 hoursSupport Removal
Support material is carefully removed using water jets and specialized tools. This process requires skilled technicians to preserve fine details.
1-3 hoursFinishing & Coating
Prints receive final finishing including surface smoothing and optional clear coat application for enhanced durability and color vibrancy.
2-4 hoursQuality Inspection
Every print undergoes thorough quality inspection. We verify dimensional accuracy, color fidelity, and overall finish before approval.
30 minPackaging & Shipping
Your print is carefully packaged with protective materials and shipped to your door. Free US shipping included on all orders.

Materials FAQ
Common questions about our materials and technology
We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. For color models, OBJ with textures or colored 3MF files work best. If you're unsure about your file format, upload it and our team will review it.
Our full-color rigid material is highly durable and suitable for display pieces and collectibles. For items that will be handled frequently, we recommend our clear coat finish which adds an extra layer of protection and enhances durability.
Yes! Our CMYK printing system can reproduce over 10 million colors. For critical color matching, you can provide Pantone or RAL codes, and we'll calibrate the print accordingly. We also offer color proofs for large orders.
Our maximum build volume is 200 × 200 × 200mm per axis. For larger models, we can print in sections and provide assembly guidance. Contact us for multi-part projects.
After printing, we apply a UV-protective clear coat that enhances color vibrancy, adds a satin or glossy finish, and provides superior protection against handling and environmental factors. It's ideal for competition pieces and high-value collectibles.
Our standard material offers good UV stability for indoor display. For items that will be exposed to direct sunlight, we recommend the clear coat finish which includes enhanced UV protection to prevent color fading over time.
