The accuracy depends on the quality of your 360° video capture. A steady, well-lit scan produces a highly detailed model that closely resembles your subject. Our team reviews and refines every file before printing to ensure the best possible result. The more care you take with the scan, the more lifelike your model will be.

We offer family-scale models at 1:12 scale and 4”, 5”, and 6” sizes. If you need something outside of those standard sizes, we also offer fully custom sizing anywhere from 3” to 12”. Not sure what size is right? We’re happy to help you choose based on your subject and intended display.

From the time you place your order to delivery at your door, you can expect a turnaround of 1 to 2 months. We take the time to review, prepare, and print every model with care — this is a keepsake, not a commodity, and we treat it that way.

Yes — PolyView is free to download and your first few scans are free. Once you’re ready to order a print, simply select your size and submit your order directly through the app. Printing costs are based on the size and specifications of your model.

Good lighting is the most important factor — natural light or a well-lit room produces the best results. Move slowly and steadily around your subject in a full 360° circle, keeping a consistent distance. Avoid fast movements and make sure your subject stays as still as possible during the capture. The app will guide you through the process step by step.

Every Moment to Model arrives in our signature collectible keepsake box, designed to look like a beautiful hardcover book. It’s presentation-ready straight out of the shipping box — no additional wrapping needed. It makes for one of the most personal and memorable gifts you can give.

You can scan almost anything — people, pets, objects, trophies, sculptures, and more. If it matters to you, we can make it permanent. Keep in mind that subjects that move a lot during scanning, like active pets, may require a few attempts to get a clean capture.

We want you to love it. If your model doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means reprinting, adjusting, or issuing a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, especially for something this personal.

Yes. Once your scan has been processed and approved for print, you can order additional copies in the same or different sizes. This is a popular option for family members who all want their own copy of a shared keepsake.
